is Nicola Nauti, describes himself as a financial engineer and serial entrepreneur. Was Global Head of Event-Driven Strategies Axxon oil and petroleum product, and Senior Developement in Liwa petroleum. Before joining at Liwa and Axxon, Nauti spent many years firstly managing private equity, funds, investments, family offices and trusts through companies such as the finance and investment firm and fund management in Zurich, United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and then as a proprietary trader managing an event-driven strategy. He is an Economic graduate who has worked in a diverse range of business sectors, with significant achievements in Bank/Finance, Business (import/export of luxury brands Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani). He has also spent the last 20 years in industrial development, real estate worldwide with over a decade in financing projects for sectors including infrastructure, IT, life sciences and green projects.
